This 9-cabin Amenity Center for the Imagery community at Mountain Island Lake features art studios, library, clubhouse, fitness center, swim facility, and tennis and pickleball courts. The cabins of this beautiful lakefront complex have an intriguing history as the studios of an artist colony owned by the founder of the Bechtler Museum.

At the 35th Annual MAME Awards, held virtually this year, the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte recognized Pace Building Group with the award for Best Outdoor Living Space. This custom home project in the Melody Woods subdivision of Myers Park was also a finalist for Best Custom Home. See more of this project here.
Two members of the Pace team were also recognized for their excellence — Charlie Fonville as Project Manager of the Year, and Principal David Faulkner as Land Manager of the Year. Congratulations to these outstanding professionals!
This beautiful new custom home recently won an MAME Award for Best Outdoor Space and was a finalist for Best Custom Home. Located in the Melody Woods subdivision in Charlotte's storied Myers Park neighborhood, it features a swimming pool and gorgeous outdoor areas, in addition to loads of custom details inside. Pace has completed several other custom homes in Melody Woods, where we are also the developer.
We are proud to share that the Pace Development Group team won two awards at the 2018 MAME Awards (Major Achievement in Market Excellence), an annual event presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte.
PDG was recognized with the Gold Award for Best Community Amenity for the Tree Tops Cabins, and received a second Gold Award for Best Logo for the Nims Village project.

The North Carolina Home Builders Association presented nearly 50 prestigious STARS awards at the annual STARS Awards Gala on October 12, 2017, at the Omni Charlotte Hotel. The STARS Awards program honors the achievements of home building industry professionals from North Carolina and surrounding states.
Brian Pace of Pace Development Group in Charlotte NC, was named the Distinguished Builder Member of the Year. Pace is a member of the HBA of Greater Charlotte and is the immediate past president of the North Carolina Home Builders Association.
