At the 35th Annual MAME Awards, held virtually this year, the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte recognized Pace Building Group with the award for Best Outdoor Living Space. Originally a personal residence for former Springs Industries Inc., executive, Walter Y. Elisha, the property was built in 1987 and stood empty for many years. This French country home was reimagined into a modern-day community clubhouse.
