Congratulations to Pace Vice President of Construction Charlie Fonville for his recognition as "Construction Manager of the Year" at the NCHBA 2025 STARS Awards!
The STARS Awards Gala, held November 5th at the 21st Century Building Expo in Raleigh, honors the achievements of home building industry professionals from across North Carolina. Charlie was selected for his skillful management of many areas of our business, consistent attention to detail, and dedication to quality. He has the immense respect of his team, vendors and clients for his generosity, focus on service, and hard work.
In addition to his work at Pace, Charlie is a 2025 Board Member and a Builder Director of the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte, a regular blood donor (and recipient of “Outstanding Donor” award from Community Blood Center of the Carolinas), and an active participant in “Team Reeb” for the 24 Hours of Booty cancer research fundraiser.
