We worked with D.R. Horton to create the 8844 square foot community amenity center, a beautiful equestrian themed clubhouse features a great room, fireplace, kitchenette, and fitness center.

Pace was involved in the master planning of this historic piece of property in Lincoln County. We preserved a large 1800’s historic home on the site and relocated a cabin for preservation. The equestrian theme of the neighborhood and clubhouse pays respects to the property’s history as a former horse stable. The previous owner was part of the Olympic equestrian team as well. We were pleasantly surprised when we were able to salvage two banners from the original Ingleside Stables to incorporate into the design of the new clubhouse. We also had a custom-made weathervane of the Farms at Ingleside equestrian logo done for the cupola.

The STARS Awards program honors the achievements of home building industry professionals from across North Carolina. The North Carolina Home Builders Association comprises thousands of builders and associate member-firms and a network of local home builder associations throughout North Carolina.
