The cabins of this beautiful lakefront complex have an intriguing history as the studios of an artist colony owned by the founder of the Bechtler Museum.

Pace Development Group recently completed this unique, chateau-inspired amenity center at Chateau Meadows, a Lennar community in Charlotte. Originally a personal residence for former Springs Industries Inc., executive, Walter Y. Elisha, the property was built in 1987 and stood empty for many years. This French country home was reimagined into a modern-day community clubhouse.
