Griffith Lakes is one of those communities that reminds us why we love what we do. Set around historic lakes originally created in the 1950s by E.C. Griffith, the community blends a remarkable natural setting with exceptional homes, miles of lakefront trails, and thoughtfully designed resort-style amenities. Pace has been proud to be part of the Griffith Lakes story from the very beginning —constructing the roads and infrastructure that laid the foundation for the neighborhood and, most recently, completing the clubhouse and pool overlooking the community’s signature lake.

This 9-cabin Amenity Center for the Imagery community at Mountain Island Lake features art studios, library, clubhouse, fitness center, swim facility, and tennis and pickleball courts. The cabins of this beautiful lakefront complex have an intriguing history as the studios of an artist colony owned by the founder of the Bechtler Museum.
