Pace Development Group worked with developer D.R. Horton to create a community amenity center at The Farms at Ingleside, their new development in Iron Station, NC. The beautiful clubhouse features a great room, fireplace, kitchenette, and fitness center.
Pace was involved in the master planning of this historic piece of property in Lincoln County. We preserved a large 1800’s historic home on the site and relocated a cabin for preservation. The equestrian theme of the neighborhood pays respects to the property’s history as a former horse stable.
Situated near Lake Norman, the community is thoughtfully designed and geared toward the active adult, with new homes offer low-maintenance living.
