This community amenity center project we recently completed in Mooresville, NC, features a resort-style pool and a well-appointed clubhouse with fitness facility, kitchen, office center, and indoor and outdoor lounge areas. Amavi Coddle Creek is a single-family rental community developed by Mill Creek Residential. The project also included a leasing office, neighborhood member space and mail kiosk.
