Welcome Ethan Hardesty, a 2026 graduate of the University of Tennessee construction management program, to Pace Building Group. Starting as an assistant project manager Ethan will oversee and support construction of both custom homes and amenities for Pace clients.
Growing up in the Waxhaw area, Ethan has always enjoyed building and worked summers in the industry before becoming graduating from UT and becoming part of our team. Outside of his work, Ethan loves fishing, skeet shooting, golf and watching UFC.
