Bill Bondurant joined Pace Development Group in 2013 as a project manager. He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and over 35 years of experience in the construction and residential homebuilding industry.
His prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of The William Brewster Co. in Davidson, Vice President of Operations at Squires Homes in Charlotte, Vice President of Production at Secrest Enterprises in Monroe, and Vice President of Sales at Harry Grimmer Company in Matthews.
Father to 4 adult children, Bill was reared in a small town west of Charlotte, where he was proud to have learned the value of hard work and doing things the right way. Bill brings with him to Pace the knowledge that well-managed projects should always exceed the company and client’s expectations in terms of quality and service .
Bill is an avid sports enthusiast, remains one of his children's greatest fans, and maintains active leadership roles in a variety of church congregations.
