Happy Anniversary, Brian Pace!
Pace Development Group was founded by Stephen Pace in 1979. Brian Pace joined in August, 1994, growing Pace alongside his Dad. As a licensed general contractor, Brian took the lead in forming and running our vertical construction division. Since 2018, Brian has led our next generation at PDG, a strong team of builders and land developers.
