Javi Pimentel

Project Manager

Javi Pimentel is a NC licensed general contractor with experience in residential home construction and amenity center projects. Javi is from Greenville, NC, where he attended East Carolina University, receiving a BSBA in Business Administration. He grew up working for his family’s construction business since the age of 14.

After college, Javi had the opportunity to work for a Top-10 homebuilder in the Raleigh area. After relocating to Charlotte, Javi worked with a multifamily developer constructing hundreds of townhomes and single-family homes.

When he is not working, Javi enjoys exercising, hiking with his fiancé and their dog, and spending time with friends and family.
