We are proud to share these photos of a custom home we recently built in the Highgate community in Weddington, NC.
Earlier this year, we completed the construction of a new clubhouse and swimming pool facilities at Skybrook, an award-winning community we developed in Huntersville, NC.
We are pleased to introduce Eric Smith. Eric joined the Pace Development as a principal earlier this year, assisting with project management, land acquisition and business development. We are thrilled to have Eric join the team. Read more about Eric here.
This week, we support a cause that is near and dear to our family, the Energy For Life Walkathon for the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation.
On Saturday, October 12, 2013, we'll participate in the Charlotte Energy for Life Walkathon at Freedom Park in support of Team Alex and the Alex Crisp Foundation.
The Alex Crisp Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded by the Pace family in honor of Alex Crisp, grandson of Stephen and nephew of Brian, who has mitochondrial disease. The organization aims to improve the lives of those afflicted or impacted by all stages of mitochondrial disorders. Through this organization we also support Mity Riders (Equine therapy riding in Weddington), Paws4People, and UMDF.
We thank our many supporters and are proud to report that we have surpassed our team fundraising goal for this weekend's walkathon, raising $4425 for UMDF!
We are proud to have recently put the finishing touches on a great new home in Dilworth. We'll share more details of the project soon, but for now here's some terrific photos of the finished, but not yet furnished, home.
Pace is honored to participate in the 2013 Dilworth Home Tour as a co-sponsor of the home of interior designer Shannon Joseph. We built Shannon's home in 2012, and are thrilled to continue our partnership with her as co-sponsors of her beautifully designed home. The home tour, which is sponsored by the Dilworth Neighborhood Association, will take place on September 20-21, 2013, and will entertain hundreds of visitors.
For more information, visit the Dilworth Neighborhood Association website.
