We are proud to have built this new neighborhood amenity center constructed in Lancaster, SC for Lennar Homes of the Carolinas. The Retreat at Rayfield amenity complex features a full size clubhouse with fitness and zero entry pool with spray water features in a rustic wood preserve setting.
We recently completed new neighborhood facilities at Carolina Reserve community In Lancaster County, SC. The project included a 6000-square-foot clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and playground. We are very proud of our team's work for this gorgeous community.
Earlier this year, we completed the construction of a new clubhouse and swimming pool facilities at Skybrook, an award-winning community we developed in Huntersville, NC.
