Jason Foresman

Sr. Project Manager

Jason brings over 20 years of experience in custom residential construction, with expertise spanning preconstruction, estimating, and field operations. He has held leadership roles with Beechwood Carolinas, Arcadia,  and Toll Brothers, where he successfully managed complex, high-end projects and led teams from planning through execution.

Prior to his construction career, Jason served as a Captain in the United States Army Corps of Engineers, including overseas deployments and command assignments. His military background instilled a strong foundation of leadership, discipline, and accountability that continues to guide his work today. 

Jason earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, where he was also a member of the wrestling team, and later completed a master’s degree in Christian Thought from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. He lives in Indian Trail with his wife and five children. He enjoys spending time with his family and church community and remains active by running 5Ks with his sons and playing soccer.
