Eric Bowman

Project Manager

Eric Bowman is a NC licensed general contractor with expertise in the residential home construction sector. He has a Bachelors degree in Business from Cornell University and is a native New Yorker. Eric owned and operated his own construction company for over 25 years before joining our Pace team.

He has managed all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, including new home construction, renovations, and rehab of investment properties.

Eric and his wife Cindy have 2 adult sons. He enjoys spending time working around the house, in his yard, and taking care of his dogs.
