Controller

DeLaine Hargett serves as Controller for Pace Development Group. She has over 20 years of construction accounting and controller experience along with experience in a law firm, CPA firm, and as an accountant in the non-profit sector. DeLaine has a degree in Business Management and earned the honors of Phi Theta Kappa and President’s List.

DeLaine is a Charlotte native, has been married to her high school sweetheart Steve for 40 years, and they have two adult children. DeLaine and Steve enjoy traveling across the United States, the Caribbeans, and overseas, every opportunity they have.
